Thank you for reading Letitia, and for your reflection. What you say is quite true and I hear that a lot ie., Regret for not having been nicer to our parents even as we want to differently than they did. And I think that’s ok. There’s always regret - human nature - yet within that is the knowledge that we love(d) them and (like you said) a gratitude for being able to do differently. Thanks so much for writing and sharing.
