I think the life of an unofficial counselor to friends is one of the toughest. You spend hours listening to their problems (boss, colleague, husband, wife, in-laws, etc.), they desperately seek help, and then do an about-turn when you line up things for them. And yet, you try again when they come again. Well, the world is better off since there are people who can shoulder the burden of others in their hearts.
