I cried too. So poignant. Thanks for reminding us that when our turn comes to bid goodbye to our loved ones we might find solace by connecting with the most unexpected people that have been invisible and yet deeply integrated into our lives. How small our world becomes in times of grief and maybe that is what saves us. Hugs!!

Thank you Patrick for your kind words. Yes I lost him in December and I spent a good part of that month in India amidst raging Covid etc. Appreciate your words. Hope you all are well.

Thanks Reena. Mary, Arthur and I are fine. My parents are both 91 and we plan to move to be near them soon. Mary's are both 97 and doing pretty well. We are very lucky.
